I’ve been thinking and praying about this blog. As you read this blog, please take a moment and think about times in your life when you were young. Special memories that you will always cherish. It could be trips or times with family trying new things for the first time. I just want you to think about some of the things you truly loved when you were young.
A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of taking 90 kids from a small village to the zoo. Most of these kids have never left the village. This village is extremely small and run down. It was an experience that I will never forget. Aa I sit here and write this, I am just reflecting on how the Lord has moved in life in these first two months. It was such an honor and blessing to be apart of taking these kids and do something that they will never forget. Our ministry is feeding their physical bodies as well as their souls. Words can not express how amazing the day turned out to be! We even got to take them to McDonald’s. They had never had a Big Mac before.
I am just continually in AWE of what the Lord’s doing in my life in these amazing experiences that he’s allowing me to have. He is Good. PS Guatemala is sick!
Banks- I am so proud of you and the work you are doing. Love you and miss you everyday but I know God is at work!

This was such a good day.
These kids will never forget it! And we were blessed to be a part of it.
But more than all the zoo animals, our prayer is that they never forget how special and loved by Jesus they are!!
